South Africans eager to vote as local elections put failing services in focus

South Africans voted on Wednesday, November 4, in local elections.
Nearly 30 million people were eligible to cast their ballots, with corruption, failing infrastructure and the deterioration of essential services among the key issues shaping the vote.
