Dr. Ashish Govinda Amatya, Director of the Shahid Gangalal National Heart Center, and Dr. Harish Singh Thapa, Registrar of the Nepal Pharmacy Council, have taken the oath of office and secrecy in the presence of Minister for Health and Food Safety Nisha Mehta.
