In a legal move, Paris Jackson has petitioned the court for a $600 million transfer to the family trust. While the estate has generated significant income since Michael Jackson's passing, his children have yet to see the trust funded.
Its executors cite unresolved tax matters as a barrier. Paris believes that as she and her brothers near their thirties, distributions should begin.
